Not on the list?

Ring anyway. The boundary is roughly a 30-minute drive from Lockport, and remote support has no boundary at all — a good share of what we do never needs anyone in the building.

Response, in writing

Same-business-day callback on every enquiry. On-site next business day for anything routine. Remote support usually starts within the hour. Managed clients get out-of-hours response on genuine outages.

No trip charge

Anywhere on the list above. A call-out fee for a fifteen-minute drive is a tax on being the closest provider, and we would rather just be the closest provider.

The same engineer

Business clients get a named engineer who keeps your account. Repeating your history to a new person every visit is one of the main reasons people leave their IT provider.

Why we stayed local

A great deal of Will County IT support is dispatched from Chicago or Naperville, which works fine until the day something needs hands on it. Then “we cover your area” turns out to mean a technician gets to you in the afternoon if the morning job runs short.

Being based in Lockport means the drive to Joliet, Romeoville, Plainfield or New Lenox is fifteen or twenty minutes. That is the entire argument, and it is the reason we would rather cover this county properly than claim the whole metro.

What we can do without leaving the office

More than people expect. Virus and malware removal, Windows problems, email and Microsoft 365, printer and driver issues, software installs, performance troubleshooting, server administration and most network configuration are all remote work. It is faster for you and cheaper — $145/hour rather than $185.

What genuinely needs a van: hardware failures, cabling, access-point placement, anything involving a screwdriver, and the first visit to a business we have not met, because a site walk tells us things a remote session never will.

Check we cover you.

Thirty seconds on the phone. If you are outside the area we will tell you straight rather than quoting for a drive we do not want to make.
